Robert L. Lile, M.D.
Dr. Lile was born in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Pulaski Academy High School in 1979 as a National Merit Scholar and received a National Mathematics Award. Robert attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas graduating with a BA in Chemistry. He attended Vanderbilt Medical School earning his MD in 1987. Following a Transitional Internship at Greenville Hospital system in 1988 he received the Jackson award for outstanding transitional intern. He completed his Radiological Residency at the University of Colorado and Fellowship at Duke University Medical Center.
Dr. Lile has published research on prostate carcinoma, ultrasound of fetal anomalies and spinal hemangiomata and presented an exhibit regarding the skeletal manifestation of skin diseases at the RSNA.
Dr. Lile joined RMR in 2007. He and his wife reside in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Robert specializes in abdominal imaging and musculoskeletal radiology and primarily practices at Yampa Valley Medical Center and The Memorial Hospital in Craig.
