Samuel T. Ahn, M.D.
Dr. Ahn was born in Chicago, Illinois. He received a Curators scholarship and attended the 6yr combined BA/MD program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine directly after high school. He received further education in general surgery at the Loyola University Medical Center in Illinois. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver Colorado where he was chief radiology resident. Dr. Ahn completed his interventional radiology fellowship at the University of Florida Department of Radiology in 1998, where he was also a clinical instructor before joining Mori, Bean and Brooks in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Ahn joined Rocky Mountain Radiologists in 2001, he specializes in interventional radiology.
An accomplished tennis player, he was a member of the collegiate tennis team at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. His free time interest is now skewed toward mountain bike racing. In 2007 he was the overall Epic single track mountain bike race series champion for his age group.
